BRITT, LEAD ASSOCIATE PHOTOGRAPHER
Hi friend! I aim to capture the natural moments, that flicker in your eye, the golden rays of sunshine on your day and that first kiss. I guide, direct and interact with you so that you're comfortable with not only the candids, but a little of those ‘traditional’ style photos as well (parents love them!). I’m a small town girl who moved to the big city, fell in love with a chef and married in Italy 6 years later. I graduated from SCAD in Savannah, GA where I received my B.F.A. in Photography. Shortly after graduating I moved to NYC to follow my passion for fashion and the arts. I love being around couples and creating beautiful memories to add to their love story. Outside of wedding photography I also photograph fashion including blogger Somethingnavy, Saks, Macys and more!

1. Your wedding photography style in 5 words or less:
Classic, candid, rustic, documentary, romantic
2. Favorite part of the wedding day to photograph:
I absolutely LOOOVE photographing the First Look. I always feel so privileged to capture that moment in time between my clients and their loved ones. It’s pure emotion and love that flows when the look is revealed. It’s never something that can be recreated or staged.
3. Favorite/craziest wedding moment you’ve captured:
The craziest moment that I ever captured was a Bride throwing their wedding cake into her Grooms face during the cake cutting. No one knew that it was going to happen including me! He looked so surprised (and a little upset!) but in the end he laughed it off. ;)
My most favorite moment that I captured was a Bride being surprised by her Groom serenading her as she walked down the aisle. She was so surprised she broke down in tears and ran to him to give him the biggest hug mid-song. It was the sweetest moment to witness.
4. If you could shoot a wedding anywhere in the world, it would be:
ITALY hands down. My husband and I got married there and it has a special place in both our hearts. I would love to photograph a wedding there or anywhere in Europe!
5. If I weren’t a photographer, I would be:
To be honest I have no idea what I’d be if I weren’t a photographer. I’m a Capricorn and am SUPER OCD so I think if I wasn’t doing that I would be a planner of some sort. I’m really artistic and am very organized so maybe even a Wedding Planner?
